You select the subscription option of your preference (Once off, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months subscriptions). Once you have selected what you want and are finished browsing the site, head to checkout. Continue on with payment, and you'll be asked to enter your email address to get a confirmation email sent shortly after payment is made.
The confirmation email will have further questions that will need to be answered by you to finalise your order. Once complete, the initial box will be sent within 4 business days, and at the start of the month each month after for the duration of your subscription. If you want it delivered on a specific, let us know and we can try to make arrangments.
With the nature of our boxes and discounts, we are unable to cancel your subscription until you finish the purchased amount. (If you purchase a 3-month subscription it will cancel after 3 months, there is no need to go in and cancel, you will not be able to cancel before). Our subscriptions are bought for an agreed amount of time and are not eligible for cancellations or refunds (example: If you purchase a three-month subscription, you will need to finish the three months.) This is because we provide discounts for purchasing longer subscriptions. If you are not sure and want to trial a box, please purchase a Once Off Box. We know some people want to know the details of what's inside the
box, but part of our subscription service is that each month the products
change. We do an unboxing through IGTV (Instagram) at the start of each month showing the contents for that month's box, but we will also have sneak peeks throughout the month as well ( so make sure to follow us on Instagram and join our Facebook group My Loxxi Mamas.) Plus, we want to be a SURPRISE! Think of it as a gift!
We can definitely say that as
first time mums ourselves, there is first-hand experience on what could've
helped us when we were going through the first years of bubs life, and we believe the products we've
chosen will help all mamas out there. Easily accessible, practical self-care products. We are also proud to share that
we’ve try to choose companies that are eco-friendly and made in Australia, with products created for good
and less harmful things in it, and that sneak peeks of certain products will be
released from time to time on the website. We also pride ourselves on helping
as many mamas as possible, which is why many of our products are from businesses
owned by women and mums! Plus, we are testing them ourselves and making sure we love it and hopefully you will love it too!
Once you've completed your order and payment has been made, it would've asked you to enter your email address so we could send a confirmation email to you to finalise details. In this confirmation email, there will be a few questions asked to make sure we have everything we need to complete the order.
Orders are sent out at the start of each month for subscriptions. If you purchase a once off box or subscription somewhere throughout the month, then we can confirm if you would like your box sent in the next few days after purchase or wait for the start of the month coming.
We do have sneak peeks from time to time on Instagram and our Facebook Group My Loxxi Mamas, but rest assured that
the products will continue being fab for our deserving mamas.
We have a basic
guideline that it will be 5 full sized products including something to drink, something to eat, something to
help mama relax and an item for bub if they are under two ( If bub is older than two we will swap the toy with an extra item for mama). Some months there may even be more than 5 items :)
All boxes will be sent at the start of each month. If you've purchased throughout the month, then we will confirm through our confirmation email if you'd like your first box sent a few days after purchase or wait for the next month ahead to be sent.
We love a good suprise and we know you will too, which is why we can't tell you specifically what you will get but we can tell you that if you have the 12 month subscription then you will receive a gift with a value of at least $30. You will recieve your gift in your 12th box.
Of course! This box is created for ALL mums, because we know the importance of self-care as mamas ourselves. If you have a child over the age of one, then we will replace the bub toy with an extra product for you, score! We will also leave out the What to Expect card, because you have already been there and done that, they are catered for bubs newborn- 1 year.
You can purchase a subscription or once off option, and after placing an order, we will send you a confirmation email. In that email, we will confirm the details of the recipient and ask if you want to send it as voucher or to start sending the boxes to the receiver straight away. Any other details will be communicated via email. We will also include a handwritten card with a note to the reciever from you Free of Charge!
If you want to purchase for a baby shower we can send you a card that you can give to the recipient. We will go over what you want it to say via email in the confirmation. The most popular option that we do is Say that they will have a gift coming once bub is born (we can be as vague as you want us too :)
They will then continue getting monthly surprises once bub comes, talk about a gift that keeps on giving!
The gift voucher (depending on which subscription you purchase) will get you a special code for the lucky mama to enter on our website once she chooses the box you purchased for her, and after checkout she will get a confirmation email to fill out specific details to get the box sent ourt to her.
Yes, it will need to be redeemed within 6 months of
purchase.However we understand mum life is a busy life and some things
get forgotten. We will notify mama through email
about redeeming the voucher before it expires, because we don't want
her missing out!
Due to the affects of COVID-19, shipping times are longer than usual,

Not a problem! We have the option to do express shipping
however there is an extra charge. All orders take a minimum of 48
hours to process and pack and then shipping times are calculated on top of
that. Due to the affects of COVID-19, shipping times are longer than usual,
we attempt to predict and calculate this for our subscriptions however if you
are sending as gift please get in contact with us via email with the subject: URGENT GIFT WANTED and we will try our very best to accommodate.
