Continue on with payment, and you'll be asked to enter your email address to get a confirmation email sent, shortly after payment is made.
This confirmation email will have further details explaining whether you are getting this for yourself (a mama) and entering bubs due date/ and or leap date that they are upto, whether you are getting this as a gift and if you need a hard copy voucher mailed to you and what your postal address is, or if you are getting this "Just Because" and not related to leaps which will give you a comment box to leave a personalised message if you want to send this to someone, or to yourself.
We hope you'll love our boxes as much as we do, however we're
very fair and understanding. So if you choose to cancel your subscription we will
need to know 4 weeks prior to your next expected "leap" in order to
get a refund on the remaining boxes.

"pause" if you'd like, this will also need to be done 4 weeks

We know everyone needs to know the details of what's inside the
box, but part of our subscription service is that each month the products
change. Because of that nature, it would be hard to keep track and advertise
what's in each box for each month especially when it can change so quickly.
Plus, we want it to be a SURPRISE!!
We can definitely say that as
first time mums ourselves, there is first hand experience on what could've
helped us when we experienced the leap stages and we believe the products we've
chosen will help most mamas out there. We are also proud to share that
we’ve chosen companies that are eco friendly and made in Australia, with products created for good
and less harmful things in it, and that sneak peeks of certain products will be
released from time to time on the website. We also pride ourselves on helping
as many mamas as possible which is why many of our products are from businesses
owned by women and mums! Plus, we are testing them ourselves and making sure that if it works for us, it will hopefully work for you!
Once you've completed your order and payment has been made, it would've asked you to enter your email address so we could send a confirmation email to you to finalise details. In this confirmation email, there will be 3 different sections in which you'll only need to fill one of those sections, depending on your reason of purchase. (Leaps specific, gift or just because)
Once we confirm these details, we will know when to deliver the boxes because of the information you've entered.
If its a just becausebox then we send it out within that month, and if you have a specified date, then we will try our best to send the box to you within the date (however there is a turn around time of 5 - 7 business days, but you can email us for a quicker delivery time and we can try to arrange something)
If purchasing to send out inline with bubs leap, then we will ask for bubs due date in the confirmation email and send out the box just before it happens (we also take into account shipping times as well)
And lastly, if you are purchasing this as a gift voucher, no box will be sent out and you'll automatically get an electronic voucher emailed to you and the option to get a hard copy if you need one.
Of course. The table on our leaps page is an estimate and we do note that all babies are different. So this may mean that your bub might experience their leap stage earlier or later. If this is the case, just let us know roughly when they went through their leap and we will change the details on our end to ensure the next box arrives closer to bubs leap.
We do have sneak peeks from time to time, but rest assured that
the products will continue being fab for our deserving mamas. We have a basic
guideline that it will be something tasty, something of beauty, something to
help mama relax and extra goodies to help create more smiles.
The Full Leap subscription may seem like a lot up front however
it will get you 10 boxes over the course of about 2 years! Plus, it is a
better value than all our other subscriptions and you get an extra special
surprise in your final box :)

Yes you can! We want to reward our "gift givers"

This will be the cheapest option for you, and you will need to note this in the comments section in the confirmation email you receive after payment has been made.

Yes you can, as you could still get our “Just Because” boxes sent
out each month after bubs is finished with their leaps, as each month the
products will change. However if you are looking at keeping budget (as we're also about budget too) then it's
recommended to get the subscription close to the remaining leaps bubs has left.
We have you covered. Our Once Off box can also be created for a
‘Just Because’ or special occasion. Your mama doesn't need to have a child
going through leaps. We will skip all the leap information normally received,
and once you made payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you with final steps to fill in to receive this as a "Just Because" occasion.
We love a good suprise and we know you will too, which is why we can't tell you specifically what you will get but we can tell you that if you have the 5 Leap (or month) subscription then you will recieve a gift with a value of at least $25. If you have the 10 Leap (or month) subscription then you will recieve a gift with a value of at least $50.
Leaps, or also known as growth spurts or developmental milestones, are changes that happen within your baby's physical and mental state. These changes help assist them to grow, learn and perceive new things. You can find more details on leaps on our leap page.
We can understand this and it's okay. If you're getting this as
a gift (which would be the only reason we could see you not knowing the due date) then you'll actually receive a gift voucher to give to mama and she will need
to log online and fill in details.

Absolutely! We have a “Just Because” option which leaves out all
the leap stuff if you don’t need it, and still give you that surprise and those
awesome goodies that change each month to help you relax, bring smiles and

We do ship out boxes every month, but if you are asking if you get a box sent out to you every month related to your leap, then no you dont. Leaps dont happen every month and are spread out across the space of 2 years. You can find the table on our leaps page here, and it will show you the space between each leap which will roughly tell you when the boxes will come out to you if you have a 3, 5 or full leap subscription.
The way you can get a box out every month is if you purchase the "Just Because box/Subscription" which has a once off, 3, 5 or 10 month option to have goodies delivered to your door each month until the subscription is complete.

The Just Because option is perfect if you want to get a subscription for mama or even for yourself. Purchasing a "Just Because" option means that the boxes will come to you every month which is different to the leap subscriptions as they come out inline with bubs leaps.
You will get all the same products as the leap boxes and we will remove all the leap information as it won't be relevant to your subscription.
When purchasing our Just Because subscriptions, our 3, 5 and 10 month have the boxes sent out at the start of each month. With the Once Off Just Because box, if you are wanting to get that for someone to be delivered asap (same day or next day delivery) this is a case by case and we will confirm these details through emails. If you are interstate, then express shipping may be required which may incur an extra charge. If you are in Melbourne, there may be an extra cost to do same day/next day but will confirm again through emails.
Similar to the Full Leap Subscription, the 10 month subscription will get you a box every month for 10 months, which has more value than if you got the once off, 3 month or 5 month subscription. This is a great option for friends or family to pitch in and get for a deserving mama.

If you purchase a 3, 5 or 10 month Just Because subscription then you will have access to the My Loxxi VIP facebook page, along with receiving a free gift on on the 5th box (for the 5 month subscription) or the 10th box (for the 10 month subscription) and free metro shipping.
You will get a voucher automatically emailed to you as an electronic copy and we have an option for you to enter postal details if you want a hard copy mailed to you, which you can find in the confirmation email you receive once payment has been made.

Yes, it will need to be redeemed within 6 months of
purchase.However we understand mum life is a busy life and some things
get forgotten. We will notify mama through email
about redeeming the voucher before it expires, because we don't want
her missing out!
Not a problem! We have the option to do express shipping
however there is an extra charge. All orders take a minimum of 48
hours to process and pack and then shipping times are calculated on top of
that. Due to the affects of COVID-19, shipping times are longer than usual,
we attempt to predict and calculate this for our subscriptions however if you
are sending as gift please get in contact with us via email with the subject: URGENT GIFT WANTED and we will try our very best to accommodate.
