Cancellations or Refunds
We hope you will love our boxes as much as we do, however we are very fair and understanding, so if you choose to cancel your subscription we will need to know 4 weeks prior to your next expected "leap" in order to get a refund on the remaining boxes.
We also have the option to "pause" if you would like, this will also need to be done 4 weeks prior to the next expected leap date. To do that just send us an email at email@example.com.
Refunds are only considered on the subscriptions. Once Off Boxes are not eligible, however if you have any questions or concerns please email to discuss further.
Returns are only acceptable if a product is damaged. We hand pack our boxes with love and if this happens please email us straight away with photo proof and we will organise a replacement with you directly.
If your box was given to you as a gift, it is not eligible for refunds.
