Cancellations or Refunds

Our subscriptions are bought for an agreed amount of time and are not eligible for cancellations or refunds(example: If you purchase a three-month subscription, you will need to finish the three months.) This is because we provide discounts for purchasing longer subscriptions.  If you are not sure and want to trial a box, please purchase a Once Off Box.  Also, check out our Instagram to see past boxes, we are sure you will fall in love with them.  Just look at our reviews and see what our subscribers say! 

We hope you will love our boxes as much as we do, however we are very fair and understanding, so if you need to cancel your subscription you will need to email us at hello@myloxxi.com to discuss.

We also have the option to "pause" if you would like, this will also need to be done 3 weeks prior to the next dispatch date (04th of every month). To do that, just email us at hello@myloxxi.com.

Change of mind refunds are not accepted however if you box or an item was damaged please contact us, so we can solve the problem.  We hand pack our boxes with love so if this happens please email us straight away with photo proof, and we will organise a replacement with you directly.  

If your box was given to you as a gift, it is not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
